Craig Testing Laboratories (CTL) provides structural steel inspection services to review project requirements and perform the required inspections and tests per the approved project documents. These inspections may occur on-site and/or in the fabrication shop.
CTL staff includes a select group of highly skilled inspectors with AWS (CWI) and ASNT certifications. They are responsible for visual inspection of bolts and welds and also non-destructive testing (NDT) of welds. All NDT inspectors have received special training and are certified in Ultrasonic (UT), Magnetic Particle (MT) and Dye Penetrant (PT).
