State of New Jersey mandates Special Inspectors
Effective November 6, 2008 the State of New Jersey Department of Community Affairs (NJDCA) requires that only licensed Special Inspectors can perform testing and inspections on Class 1 structures.
Special Inspection Services are required in Chapter 17 of the NJ International Building Code for all Class 1 buildings.
