 To insure quality control during the fabrication and erection
of structural
steel on construction sites, CTL utilizes a select group of structural
and professional engineers to evaluate project requirements and
determine
the appropriate frequency and methods of inspection. These inspections
may occur on-site, in the fabrication plant, or in the laboratory.
The staff of CTL includes a select group of highly skilled technicians.
They are responsible for non-destructive testing (NDT) required
in the
erection of steel structures. All NDT technicians have received
special
training and are certified in the operations of their respective
disciplines.
Inspections conform to standards prescribed by AWS, AISC,
ASNT, ASME, and local codes. |
