Craig Testing Laboratories (CTL). can be involved in all facets of the asphalt paving project. Whether you need Quality Control or Quality Assurance, you can count on CTL to be there for you. Our staff includes NJSAT Asphalt Placement Certified inspectors, NJSAT Level I and II Plant Inspectors to meet your needs.
We are able to work with your paving crew performing Quality Control to help ensure that compaction and thickness is consistently met. CTL can also perform 3rd Party Independent Quality Assurance asphalt plant inspections in accordance with the new 2011 NJDOT Local Aid requirements.
